Likendeals Delivery Partner Terms And Conditions

At Likendeals, we value the privacy and security of our delivery partners. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect the personal information of delivery partners to provide efficient services and ensure a secure working environment.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY, AS THEY CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND LIKENDEALS.

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. These Terms expressly replace prior agreements or arrangements with you regarding the use of the Services.

Responsibilities

• Distributing various packages to specified locations within a given time frame.
• Planning daily travel routes based on locations and time frames.
• Carefully loading and unloading all packages.
• Accepting and recording payment for delivered packages.
• Answering customers’ questions and responding to complaints in a professional manner.
• Investigating packages while pick up and delivery.
• Obtaining customers' signatures on delivery papers upon completion of each delivery.
• Reporting any unforeseen situation like Traffic, etc results in late delivery to the company.

Membership Eligibility

Full access to the website is available to the person whose age is above 18 years. The site is not available to persons whose membership has been suspended or terminated by Likendeals.

*Candidates must have their own vehicle.

Those Candidates are eligible who has the following documents:

• Driving Licence
• Adhaar Card
• PAN Card
• Vehicle Insurance

Accounts and Registration Obligations

To use most aspects of the Services, you must register for and maintain an active personal user Services account ("Account"). You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (if less than 18), to obtain an Account.. Account registration requires you to submit to Likendeals certain personal information, such as your name, address, mobile phone number, and age, as well as at least one valid payment method supported by Likendeals. You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your Account. If you change or update your account information, you are responsible to inform Likendeals. If not informed may result in your inability to access or use the services. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, and you agree to maintain the security and secrecy of your Account username and password at all times.

Communication

You agree that Likendeals may contact you by call or text messages at any of the phone numbers provided by you or on your behalf in connection with a Likendeals account, including for marketing purposes. You accept and agree that any of the orders placed at any time, you will accept the order and deliver it to the customer at the same time.

Inspection of Vehicle

The company will perform all necessary and required routine inspection of vehicles. However, the user is responsible for the cleanliness of the vehicle and is expected to assist in helping the company to maintain the driving safety and performance of the vehicle, in particular during delivery or when the vehicle indicates that service or maintenance is required. The user is solely responsible for the vehicle while driving and any damage caused to it and must bear the repair cost at the service center.

Payment

Payment will be transferred to your registered bank account at the end of the day. Charges will be calculated Rs.3/- per kilometer. Petrol allowance is not covered by Likendeals.

Prohibited

Racing or Competitions

The person who is under the influence of alcohol or any drug or he is not feeling well under the effects of which the operation of a vehicle and delivering the order is prohibited or not recommended.

Penalty

Likendeals shall reserve a right to charge you a penalty in the event of any fraudulent activities while providing Delivery Services. If you accept the order and reject it after a few minutes, and the same takes place thrice(3 times) a penalty will be charged. The penalty may be deducted from the payments made to You by Likendeals.

Information We Collect

We collect the following information to support our 1-hour delivery challenge and 24-hour replacement/return process:

• Personal Details: Name, address, phone number, email, and date of birth.

• Identity Verification: Government-issued ID (e.g., Aadhar, PAN card, or driver's license).

• Banking Information: For payment of commissions and reimbursements.

• Location Data: Real-time GPS location to optimize delivery routes and track orders.

• Device Information: Device type, operating system, and app activity while using the Likendeals Partner App.

How We Use Your Information

We use your data for the following purposes:

• Assigning delivery tasks efficiently within a 3 km radius for the 1-hour delivery challenge.

• Ensuring accurate payouts and reimbursements.

• Providing real-time order tracking for customers.

• Improving delivery operations and optimizing logistics.

• Sending notifications and updates about deliveries and tasks.

• Verifying identity and maintaining platform security.

Information Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with unauthorized third parties. However, we may share your data with:

• Customers: Basic details like name and contact number for smooth communication during delivery.

• Service Providers: For payment processing or app maintenance.

• Legal Authorities: In case of disputes, fraud investigations, or legal compliance.

Location Data Usage

We collect GPS location data to assign tasks efficiently and ensure timely delivery. Location tracking remains active only during delivery tasks. Data is not stored or shared for any other purposes.

Data Security

To ensure the safety of your personal information, we implement:

• Encrypted data storage and secure transmission protocols.

• Regular security audits and updates to the Partner App.

• Restricted access to data, limited to authorized personnel only.

Delivery Partner Rights

As a Likendeals delivery partner, you have the right to:

• Access: View the personal data we store about you.

• Correction: Update or correct any inaccuracies in your information.

• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data, subject to legal or operational requirements.

• Transparency: Know how your data is used and managed.

Data Retention

Personal data is retained as long as you remain an active delivery partner. Once you discontinue, data is securely deleted unless required for legal compliance or dispute resolution.

Use of the Partner App

The Partner App is solely for professional use during delivery tasks. Misuse, unauthorized access, or sharing of customer or company data is strictly prohibited.

Any breach may result in account suspension and legal action.

Changes to the Policy

We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in operations or regulations. Delivery partners will be notified of any significant updates via the app or email.
